Business owner Neil Reed has worked in collaboration with a range of public and private sector partners for many years to deliver efficiency and improvement projects for construction sector clients.

Neil Reed (BSc, MRICS) is a Chartered Surveyor (Quantity Surveying and Construction) with over 30 years of experience in the construction sector, working through a variety of technical, managerial and board-level positions with businesses ranging from SME to multinationals.

Neil retains a practical approach and keeps directly in touch with industry issues, continuing to work as a practitioner in the construction sector as a Director of BIMcert’s sister company, Spectrum Consulting (https://spectrumconsult.co.uk/), helping clients deliver their projects and achieve business objectives.

About the programme

The productivity improvements (delivered by BIMCert) will be based on recommendations from the participant's companies. To provide a broad-based guide (based on his personal experience working with construction companies).

Neil has developed a platform of themes for consideration, including:
