About the programme

The support programme that has been developed has built in a degree of flexibility to allow us to meet the demands of SMEs in County Durham. As a starting point in terms of productivity, we will focus on using data and AI to enhance SMEs’ operational management (e.g., faster customer delivery for projects) alongside marketing and customer engagement needs (e.g., through SEO optimisation). Depending on client engagement, we will work to pivot our offer to clients.

The workshop approach will focus on how easing employee processes, structuring systems and projects, and automating tasks can maximise the value of your business through increased productivity. In particular, we will dive deep into giving employees the tools, authority, and encouragement they need to make decisions and contribute to the company's success based on real-world usage of such tools.
